"Honoring a Life of Creativity, Generosity, and Passion for the Arts"
Douglas Ross made his heavenly debut on September 19, 2024. A creative soul with a deep love for music, theatre, and storytelling, he grew up performing in musicals alongside his sister, Kelsea. His passion for the arts led him to pursue a career in sound production, where he excelled as a student at the LA Film School, graduating Magna Cum Laude with an Associate’s Degree in Music Production. He was close to completing his Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering and was preparing to start work as an assistant sound editor on his first movie project.
Beyond his artistic talents, Douglas was known for his radiant smile, quick wit, compassionate heart, and unwavering dedication to others. His kindness and willingness to serve left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
To honor his memory, the Douglas Ross Scholarship Program was established to help young performers pursue their artistic dreams—especially those who may need financial assistance to do so.
The Douglas Ross Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to families of young performers who demonstrate dedication to their craft, creativity, and a heart for serving others—qualities that Douglas embodied so beautifully.
